Shipping Policy
At New Era we entrust our shipping to UPS, USPS, and FedEx. We are happy to ship within the United States, but unfortunately cannot offer out of country shipping at this time. Our customers may choose standard shipping, rush shipping, and/or to have shipping costs billed to their personal UPS account.

Return & Exchange Policy
In the event that a customer should choose to return an unaltered garment or product within 30 days of purchase:
-The customer will be responsible for any shipping charges and a restocking fee
-New Era Embroidery will return the full purchase price after above fees have been deducted

Embroidery and printing are permanent forms of personalization. Unfortunately once a garment or product is personalized New Era Embroidery is unable to accept returns or exchanges. We strive to minimize order errors by allowing our customers to proof any images and full order details prior to order fulfillment. Once the customer gives consent to proceed with the order, the customer is responsible for payment and return/exchanges may not be made.
Should New Era Embroidery be found to be at fault for an order error, we will fulfill the order without any additional cost to our customer but would be unable to offer a return or exchange.
